When you use Broadcast to run outreach campaigns, you determine what personal data of your leads is collected and how it’s used — you are the data controller for that data. Broadcast, operated by AB Ventures, processes it on your behalf and under your instructions — we are your data processor.

We process personal data only to provide the service (sending, tracking, and generating outreach messages on your behalf), retain it only as long as your account is active plus a limited post-cancellation window, and use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect it.

A full, lawyer-reviewed version of this agreement will be made available before general availability launch.
